Privacy and personal data

The contact form collects your name, email, organisation, position, phone, request type, description and timeline, as provided by you. Requests are stored in Lovable Cloud and are accessible only to the authorised site owner.

Data is used to review and respond to your request. A hashed IP address and submission time are stored for spam prevention. The original IP address is not stored with the request.

At the owner's request, the request text, name, organisation, position and timeline may be processed by Lovable AI to prepare a summary and draft reply. Your email and phone are not included in that AI request. Drafts are reviewed by a human; no automated replies are sent. Please do not include confidential patient data or other sensitive information.
